I am a firm believer that the answers you seek are already within you. My aim during individual sessions is to help you reach those answers. We work collaboratively in setting goals towards a happier, healthier and more peaceful you.
Coaching is a very effective tool in uncovering the reasons why we feel and think the way we do. It then supports and empowers you to make changes that give you long term mental and physical health.
I work with many methods in the areas of coaching, therapy and complimentary medicine. Individual sessions are tailored to your needs. We work on any underlying issues to discover the root cause of your anxiety and work towards managing or eradicating those symptoms.

During our sessions together I work with a non-directive approach, which is client centred. This means you keep control over the pace and content of the session. I offer a safe space to journey on a path to recovery. I provide knowledge and expertise with tailored learning and tools and together we co create the process of self-discovery, healing and self-empowerment.

Generalised anxiety & panic disorder.
Anxiety and episodes of panic are debilitating. The causes of generalized anxiety are also often complex. Even If you have already sought pharmaceutical help, individual sessions seek to uncover the root causes of your suffering. I have found in practice that it is never a one size fits all solution and we work to discover what brings you positive results using an array of methodologies and approaches.
The stress response can occur for many reasons and we work together to uncover what is causing stress and overwhelm in your life. We work with many coping strategies on both physical and psychological levels. Goal setting towards making any necessary changes. We raise awareness, recognising the signs, seeking to manage stress levels within safe and healthy parameters.
Teen coaching. Coaching 13-20 year olds in managing stress, anxiety and panic disorder. Unfortunately school or college ill prepares young people for psychologically managing life’s demands and teenage anxiety is on the rise. We work in a collaborative, safe space exploring thoughts and emotions. Learning stress management technique and working towards resilience in the face of life’s inevitable obstacles.
